Customized GPUs

The best hardware is sometimes the hardware that never officially existed.

Thermetery approaches GPU customization as a service: source, validate, modify, document, and deliver specialized hardware for professional and research contexts.

Beyond product segmentation

Flagship GPUs still arrive with deactivated shaders, unpopulated memory, conservative cooling, and product-line limits. When shader unlocking is not viable, core replacement remains one of the few paths for combining a fully unlocked die with a stronger custom PCB.

Thermetery works in that difficult middle ground: IC-level swapping, validation, procurement, and practical risk management for projects that need custom hardware rather than ordinary resale.

What the service covers

  • Procurement of suitable donor and target hardware from agreed sources.
  • Functional testing and conformity checks before modification.
  • GPU core transplant, memory-bin selection, or related BGA coordination where feasible.
  • Validation, packaging, insured shipment, and project-specific documentation.

Why this is a service

Thermetery is not an authorized reseller of NVIDIA, ASUS, Galax, EVGA, or other referenced manufacturers. Product names are used descriptively so clients understand the components and deliverables involved. The work is customized engineering labor, not the sale of official manufacturer products.

For advanced projects

These deliverables are intended for business, institutional, research, demonstration, and advanced overclocking use. They may require specialized handling, cooling, installation, and testing practices beyond ordinary consumer expectations.
