Prototype Cooling

HVAC-based cascade cooling for hardware that wants more headroom.

Thermetery is developing cascade phase-change cooling systems for CPUs, GPUs, and specialized hardware, starting with enthusiast-grade prototypes and a path toward business-focused cooling applications.

Real prototype work

This is not a concept render. Thermetery has a working HVAC-based cascade prototype connected to live hardware, with photos from the bench and public validation from early testing.

The current prototype work focuses on using refrigeration-style cascade cooling to move heat away from high-performance hardware under loads where conventional cooling can run out of margin.

Who it is for

  • Enthusiasts pursuing extreme overclocking, validation runs, and experimental hardware platforms.
  • Builders and researchers who need a serious cooling path for prototype or test-bench work.
  • Potential business customers exploring thermal stress testing, specialized validation, or integration projects.

Coming next

For individual customers who are not ready to live with a phase-change cooling rig, Thermetery is also developing a more user-friendly cooling solution. It is still pre-patent, so public details are intentionally light for now, but the goal is practical everyday usability with less setup burden.

Deeper technical details are shared selectively as the program matures.
